In addition to us all taking pride in our kinks this month, I’d like to take a moment to recognize that it is Men’s Health Month! It’s not just about your physical health, but also your mental and emotional health. The final component of men’s health I am going to discuss is self-care. At home, you should be using lotion on your body.
