Staying Soft and Silky en Femme
Over the years I’ve shared some health hints and tips, geared towards you femme callers, for physical health of things that keep me healthier and glowing. Remember, I’m not a health care professional, although I have been known to play doctor with you before. Let me reiterate some of the hints I’ve shared. First of all, if you are in a dry heat most of the day, I recommend at least 
sleeping with a cool mist humidifier. It seems to help me sleep, although that isn’t one of the things they advertise.
Starting Now
No matter what stage of your transformation as a sissy you are at, you need to be taking care of yourself on a regular basis, not just when you are en femme. Not just special pampering, but things many of us ladies learned growing up. Things like slathering the lotion on your body when you are still damp from the shower, trapping the moisture in. Also, remember to exfoliate regularly. If you need to hide your personal care, some of the brands such as Clinique, Neutrogena or even Dove have “men’s care” lines, which are no doubt chemically similar to the ones marketed for women. If not, let that femme flag fly! (Have you heard of the pink tax? There’s a rant I could share! Some people even buy the “male” version as a stance against the overpricing of pink products!) There are different exfoliation products for the face and body, so read the labels!
Healthy is as Healthy Does
Internally, you need to be drinking water. Lots of water. I know there are plenty of guides as to how much water you should drink based on age, activity, etc. I recommend at the minimum, whatever other beverage you drink, drink the same amount of water. Right there I’m drinking 32 ounces of water to match my coffee consumption! Eat your healthy fats, too, or take a supplement. I like a fish/flax/borage mix because it doesn’t repeat on me with a fishy taste. That’s not something any femme lady wants to happen!
It’s really not as difficult as some beauty magazines make it out to be.
