Keeping it Sexy
Y’all know I take my sexy ass to the gym, right? I joke that I exercise because I like to eat, but it’s also about health…and a little bit about being a cougar. Here we are, 50 days into the new year, just over seven weeks, and what am I finding at the gym? SO MANY PEOPLE!!! We all know there will be that rush of New Year’s Resolution folks, but usually by mid-February that has died down! Bless them all; they are committed!

I usually do most of my sweating on an elliptical machine, but I also make sure I do the weight machines. (no free weights for me, I just think that would be a bad idea!) One fun thing about the newcomers is the sexy young guys who are trying to be so helpful when I am using those weight machines! They want to “adjust my form” or show me the better way to lift through a range of motion. I’m pretty sure what that really means is they want to touch my warm, slick skin, or look down that sports bra that tries so valiantly to keep these DDs from jiggling…too much…lol.

I’ve picked a new machine to sweat on, though- I used to be in the front row, leaving the men staring at my curvy butt as it writhed under my shorts, but now I’m facing toward the free weights. I suspect some of the influx of sexy fresh meat is because the college guys are getting ready for baseball season, and there is just something about those powerful thigh muscles that make my heart pitter-patter just a bit faster. Of course, between them walking around the perimeter behind me with those gigantic weights in hand (what’s that about anyway? I need to maybe ask one of them!) to them facing me as they lift and stare, I’m pretty confident I’ll be cherry-picking a few new playmates over the next couple of weeks. I can’t wait to see what the variety is for my new friends!

I love this post Ms. Stephanie! I am already a bit of a workout fanatic myself and have noticed the influx of cuties at the gym. But for anyone who hasn’t been a regular there, if they can’t find their motivation after reading this, they never will!
